Ryan is our president who is originally from Botswana and recipient of the Presidential Order for Meritorious Service medal for his contributions to Botswana. A pivotal moment in his life came in 2004 when documenting a charitable event for vulnerable children. Inspired, Ryan started the Naledi Initiative.

Cedrik is our trusted treasurer, bringing a unique blend of compassion and practicality to our team. As a nurse, Cedrik has a firsthand understanding of caring for others. His journey with Naledi began in 2019 when he volunteered in Botswana, an experience that deepened his commitment to helping vulnerable children.

Meet Kiley, our secretary! Kiley is a teacher with a big heart for kids. She volunteered with Naledi in Botswana in 2019 and previously spent a year volunteering in the Philippines. At Naledi, Kiley keeps us organized, and aligned with our vision. She’s all about helping kids learn and feel good about themselves.
